THE ORIGINAL BLACK SUGAR BOBA IS NOW IN THE UAE
Tiger Sugar has started in Taichung, Taiwan in 2017, and what makes our milk teas special is that we follow the "golden ratio" of proprietary brown sugar, syrup, milk, and our special slow-cooked tapioca pearls. Apart from the unique taste of our milk teas, our drinks tell a unique experience with "tiger stripes" made with black sugar syrup that is hand-poured along the sides of the cup.
Today, Tiger Sugar has more than 250 locations worldwide in Asia, Canada, and the United States.
WHAT MAKES OUR BLACK SUGAR BOBA SPECIAL?
Our tapioca pearls goes through a cooking process which takes about three hours, giving it the perfect amount of "chewy-ness" and sweetness to our boba tapioca pearls.
Tiger Sugar is known for its syrup-streaked milk teas which resembles the look of Tiger Stripes. The black sugar boba and syrup isn't mixed when served to maintain it's visual appeal, making our milk teas highly presentable and instagram-ready.
And to get the best flavour, it is important to shake the drink at least 15 times to avoid sipping mostly milk or syrup.
